Introduction
You never get a second chance to make a first impression...
Elevated photography is an effective means of achieving professional digital images, from a perspective that will give prospective clients an outstanding first impression, when compared to traditional methods. So whether you are marketing a small bungalow, a block of newly built apartments, a commercial unit or a plot of land, it has never been more crucial to create that 'wow' factor!
Commercial Property
Elevated marketing images present commercial property from a unique perspective in that they highlight important features such the overall size of the plot including loading areas, parking, amenities and landscaping as well as the immediate road layout.

Residential Property
A high percentage of prospective homeowners purchase a property with their heart as opposed to their head, and poor, unimaginative photography can make or break a viewing let alone a sale.
Elevated images can create a stunning first impression and agents benefit from using the service in the following ways:
- Being able to convey, in one photograph, the full potential of a property, highlighting important marketing features such as drives, gardens and surroundings.
- An increase in enquiries and subsequent viewings.
- A competitive advantage by offering our service to their clients either as an ‘added value’ or an add on service.
Land Sales
Usually the domain of aerial photographers, who can take a photograph of a plot from the air. Ground based aerial photography however, will offer a far more intimate and detailed, high resolution image of a plot at a fraction of the cost of hiring an airplane.
Roof Surveys
When compared to traditional means of property inspection the simplicity of our system makes us an ideal choice for a variety of property surveying requirements.
A much safer and cost effective solution is to carry out an initial photographic survey. Within a matter of minutes we are able to photograph the area of concern, ensuring that decisions relating to repairs can be made within hours as opposed to days.
Planning Issues
Both planning applications and appeals can be greatly assisted by utilising elevated images in helping the planning committee to visualise the proposed scheme far more effectively than traditional ground level photography.
Boundary Disputes
Elevated images can assist in the settlement of boundary disputes, helping to illustrate the point at issue. Unlike aerial photography and satellite photography, our high resolution, elevated images are taken low enough to show clearly recognisable features and details, whilst being high enough to provide a clear overview.
Building Surveys
Traditional structural survey methods require either scaffolding or heavy plant machinery, all of which are expensive and time consuming in comparison to an initial elevated photographic survey.
Our equipment can be set up quickly, without touching the fabric of the building. A surveyor is then able to view large areas of the structure on our ground based computer. When areas of concern are identified our equipment can record detailed images for further inspection.
Construction
A regular series of (time lapse) images can form an invaluable and detailed record of the various aspects of a build. These images are also an easy and effective way to keep senior managers, shareholders or investors informed of on-site progress.
Our Time Lapse Package consists of six site visits at agreed intervals with up to 20 individual photographs supplied on CD from each visit. Additional site visits can be arranged if required.
